Onfalos was born out of the tradition of the Italian art workshop Ars Vivendi in Bellagio on Lake Como.
Made from millennia-old soil from Lake Como and Brianza, Onfalos is more than a sculpture:
Created by a sculptor through the ancient lucignolo technique with mixed clays.
Each piece is unique and non-reproducible, handmade in Italy, inspired by the ancient symbolism of the cosmic egg and regeneration, which becomes a sculpture and a pet object.
The materials are all-natural and there is a focus on recycling.
The special natural and thermal properties make it a wellness object to use.
